Renter’s insurance is required of all Clear Creek Springdale Apartments tenants. Proof must be shown before move-in.
Clear Creek Springdale Apartments prohibits smoking inside any apartment home and all indoor/outdoor amenities.
We are a Comcast cable or internet property. Satellite dishes are approved under certain circumstances.
$375.00 fee for one pet, $750.00 fee for two pets; two pets maximum per apartment
$20.00 pet rent; per pet/per month
Pets over 65 lbs. are restricted to ground floor apartments. Please note there are no one bedrooms on the ground floor.
